Alizarine Red! It is a specific stain for calcium deposits.

Mineral depositions are one of the most common complications and troublesome causes of primary failure of a bioprosthetic cardiac valve after its implantation. Such deposits can cause significant damage to the bioprosthetic leaflet (L) as shown here. Calcification leads to leaflet stiffening with valve stenosis or possibly rupture with incompetence.
